Together, we will confirm that we are the right fit to assist you in your job search. If so, then we will have you arrive in our office for a one-on-one interview with a Manpower Representative. During this time, you may be asked to complete software and skills assessments to further demonstrate your capabilities. We will also review what it means to be a Manpower employee, provide you with an orientation of Manpower and equip you with proper safety training.

What are the pay ranges?Our pay rates are very competitive for the geographic area in which the open positions are located. Pay is dependent upon many factors, including: skill level required, client pay scales, and candidate experience.

What kind of safety training can I expect before I begin work?Safety is a top priority for Manpower and our employees. We will work with your on-site client to make sure you receive the training you need to be safe during your assignment. Manpower provides general safety training, and specific training is typically provided by our client. On-the-job worker safety is critically important to ASA staffing firm members. In fact, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration and ASA recently entered into an alliance to help provide association members and others with information, guidance, and access to training resources to help protect the health and safety of temporary and contract workers. ASA also dedicates a whole section of its website— americanstaffing.net/safetymatters —to educate staffing firms and clients about critical worker safety considerations.
